Cacao & Kirtan at Indigo

Cacao Ceremony & Kirtan Chanting Friday, May 17, Indigo Wholistic Healing Center, Florence, MA Join us for a ceremonial cacao journey followed by Kirtan with Dave Russell.[link] We will sit together and share in the sweetness of cacao, an ancient heart-opener and facilitator in the inner realms. We will share some background info on cacao, where it comes from, it’s benefits and it’s uses. From there, we will share a short meditation to help tune in to the energy of cacao and the joy it helps us access. Dave will then take us away on an evening of Kirtan chanting.
