We will create easier pathways that increase perception, flexibility, strength, aerobic capacity, alignment, and connection to self. I draw from new learning in the fields of yoga, movement studies, bodywork, anatomy, and contact improvisation. Walking, standing, using center, and finding an integrated body will be part of the palette. We delve into the richness of our internal world and access resources.
