copy-resource step

Hey,

I've just pushed  a new step called cx:copy-resource (copy_resource branch), I havent properly tested it though. The whole point is to address the issue of copying stuff from inside the bundle to somewhere in the fs. The behaviour should be exactly the same as cx:copy but accepting any url with a Handler configured. I'll try to properly test it whether tomorrow or later this evening.

btw, I think the other day I broke the dev-launcher script, I'll fix it too :S.

The thing seems to work, it's in the copy_resource branch from the pipeline-modules-common repo.
