I've traveled to the Draft Horse Classic show in Grass Valley, California, several times, enjoying the down-home way they run a horse show. Most of the exhibitors camp on the grounds, and all are very friendly.   Judy Vargas runs a great art show in conjunction with the huge draft horses, and it also is a great place to see fine art images of all the breeds of draft horses.  I painted this 5 x 7 oil today (as I continue to work on other commissions) as perhaps a small color study for a larger painting in the future.  I did also spend some time working out the kinks on the ebay auction software, and have this one on ebay as well as the earlier onions and two others.  I'm still working on the format for these so don't mind the spread out listing, however,  I'll give you a link to all of them below:
