Is snapshot necessary?

Hi,
I am using replicator to sync the remote databases.
I have data in around 30 different places and i need to sync all
that data in one server.
each site database is having around 30 tables and total it will be
around 10 lakh records.
But when i try to take snapshop it is taking a lot of time.
And i could not completly take a snapshot because of these
problems.

Is there way to sync without taking snapshot?
