How can I change d3 lasso element's class from not_possible to possible in the attached code?

I am trying to implement d3 lasso in my project but, I am unable to get them selected (circle's class doesn't change from not_possible to possible). However, it worked totally fine when I made a small example to implement D3 Lasso.
