Issues in fixing D3 scales

 Hi,

I am currently exploring D3 charts. Its pretty impressive. I have a chronology slider. On moving the slider, the data would vary. On click of any circle, we are trying to plot bar graph for that circle's data against all years. The bar doesn't fit exactly on axis. I am still not understanding how the scale and axis is working. Could you please guide me.

I tried spending a few minutes looking through the code but you have a lot going on, including some testing stuff.

It might be best to extract a simplified version into bl.ocks.org or tributary.io to focus on your specific problem. in doing so you will likely come to a clearer understanding, as well as make it accessible for the fine folks on this list to help.
