Another problem with filters

Hi Cytoscape helpdesk,

I also have another problem with filters.

When I try to make a new topology filter

and hit the 'apply' button, all I get is a spinning blue disc and
nothing changes in my network.

Cytoscape still responds though.

I am running

Hi Peng,

User error ! 

I tried to make a topology filter but I chose an edge filter rather than a node filter

for the criteria 'and the nodes pass the filter'.

So cytoscape was just waiting around for me to choose an appropriate filter.
