filters need to be reset?

Hello,

I'm using the (new) filter controls to create a filter based on other
filters--perhaps 4 steps in all. Any time I change the network, the
final filter results are incorrect. I either need to reload the
network or go through and rebuilt each component filter.

Is this typical behavior?

Is it a sign of an error in my filter design?

Is there a way to make the filter work directly after changes to the
network?

Can you please report a bug at Cytoscape bugtracker? http://cbio.mskcc.org/cytoscape/bugs/view_all_bug_page.php.

Please give step by step instuctions to reproduce the bug. If I can reproduce the probem, I can fix it.
