Controlling ActivePath plug-in from the command line

Hello:

In this document it was stated that it is possible to control the
ActivePaths plug-in from the command line (see link below). Does
anybody know how to do this ?

My ultimate objective is runnning jActiveModules from the command
line. I was able to load the network and expression datasets using the
-N and -M options.
