create a new attribute table as follows

name      node type

aaad       source
bbbd       target


map it for all source and target in an excell sheet. Import the excel as import attributes from excel. Go to vizmapper, select node color attribute as "node type", select discreet mapping, and color all "node type" as source  value differently and those as target differently.
