Thanks, Alex. I installed cytoscape 3 and its app. it certainly pop up
JactiveMnodules in the control panel with several sub panel, such as
numeric node attributes, and advanced. However it does not have button to
apply to the loaded network. Do you have any tutor link to show that
figure? I got some gene pair based on regression, and wanna to demonstrate
the different organization in different disease condition. It is very
likely to the Figure 4 in the paper: TREEGL: reversed engineering
tree-evolving gene network underlying developing biological lineages at
Bioinformatics, 2011.
Any suggestion is great help.
