Hi, I'm an Italian student, currently I use cytoscape for build
cooccurrent protein network but I would also integrate(construction
and visualization of networks)cytoscape in a web application(only in a
web page), is it possible?
I try to search information and read wiki, for example I think that
this link (http://www.cytoscape.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/
Integrating_Cytoscape_into_a_Web_Page)can explain more but I have a
problem everytime I try to open this wiki because I receive the
message "Internal Server Error...".
The final question is, Is possible to integrate cytoscape in a web
application?

Thanks, Marco

We are experiencing difficulties with wiki pages for the past week. We are working on fixing this problem. In the meanwhile, you can use search engine cached pages.

The final question is, Is possible to integrate cytoscape in a web
application?

Yes, this is possible using a Java web start. Here are the detailed steps in a cached wiki page:

This page illustrates the use of web start do launch Cytoscape:

Hope this helps,
Maital

Thanks, Marco
