broken file .cys

Hi, i have a problem. I was working on creating a network of approximately 500 nodes. but, the file is damage. how can I retrieve the information contained in the file. cys, in order to create a new file

cys file is actually ZIP file. You may rename your file with extension ".zip" in Windows.

Some times, some special characters, such as #, &, $ in network filename may make the cys file unreadable.
