I have problem when I launch cytoscape program

Can you please give some detail about how to reproduce the Exception? for example, Cytosape version, operating system you are using, Windows, XP/Vista, Mac, Linux? What have you done before you got this exception.

Cytoscape v 2.6.3, my operating systems Windows XP
No, I never got this exemption, It's out come since I installed some plugin

It seems to me you have installed old versions of Cytoscape before Cytosape 2.6.3 was installed. If this is the case, you may remove the .cytoscape directory in your home directory. In Wondows XP, your home should be in C:\Documents and Settings\loginID.
