clustering from arbitrary distance matrix

Hi,
I have an arbitrary (symmetric) distance matrix that I am trying to do
hierarchial clustering on. I can import the network into cytoscape with
the distances as edge attributes, but the ClusterMaker plugin does not
seem to support using that as the metric.

Am I missing something in ClusterMaker? Is there another plugin that lets
you cluster based on edge weights?
