AllegroMCODE, connection interrupted

AllegroViva offers a modification to the traditional MCODE algorithm.  To speed up the processing time for the MCODE algorithm, the plugin pushes your data to their servers where it is computed and returned for the benefit of the speed increase.

After loading some of the sample data, starting allegroMCODE, et cetera ... hitting "analyze", several 'loading' type windows open and close, then an error of "Analysis Interrupted" "The remote GPU function failed"

has anyone had any experience with this plugin // this error?
