hello!
I wanted to know if we can compare two graphs for the Maximum Common Subgraph (MCS Problem) in Cytoscape , is there any plugin?

Hi,
A google search for MCS and cytoscape gave this bioinformatics reference (http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org/content/22/17/2175.full.pdf) I'm not sure whether this suits your needs but they use it in their algorithm...
Cheers,
Piet

I am sorry but I cannot help you in this respect; I think you have to consult the writers of the article; this list actually focuses on discussions relating to Cytoscape as a graph drawing framework.
Cheers,
Piet
