setCurrentVisualStyle not available

Hello!

This method:

http://code.cytoscape.org/jenkins/job/cytoscape-3-javadoc/javadoc/org/cytoscape/view/vizmap/VisualMappingManager.html#setCurrentVisualStyle(org.cytoscape.view.vizmap.VisualStyle)

is defined in the API but is not available for use, i get the error:

"Method setCurrentVisualStyle(VisualStyle) is undefined for the type VisualMappingManager"

Please look into it.

Hi Ritisha,

It sounds like you're not compiling against or running the latest Cy3 code.  The Javadoc at that link reflects the current state of the code in the repository.  Are you compiling against an SVN checkout like cy3 or app-developer?  Or are you compiling against a snapshot build?

I am compiling against Cytoscape3-api-M5.jar, using the snapshot from here -  http://chianti.ucsd.edu/cytoscape-3.0.0-M5/

Hi Ritisha,

It'd be better if you compiled your code against the latest build.  That way you won't have to make significant changes to your code when 3.0 is released.
