Hi everyone.

Cytoscape IDE for Eclipse Galileo (3.5) is available now:

http://chianti.ucsd.edu/~kono/data/cyide/

This is a set of Eclipse plugins required for Cytoscape 3 development.
From this version, you need Java 6.

Updated document is available here:

http://www.cytoscape.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/Cytoscape_3.0/Eclipse/CoreDevelopment

Please let me know if you find any problems.

Thanks.
Kei

Since I can't install cytoscape IDE with all dependencies
automatically, I installed them manually one by one.
But the subversion JavaHL I installed is 1.6.6, while the required one
is 1.6.5, so I got the following error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could
not be found.
Software being installed: Cytoscape IDE for Eclipse 3.5 0.2.2
(org.cytoscape.ide.eclipse.feature.group 0.2.2)
Missing requirement for filter (&(osgi.os=win32)(osgi.arch=x86)):
Subversion JavaHL Native Library Adapter (Required) 1.6.5
(org.tigris.subversion.clientadapter.javahl.feature.feature.group
1.6.5) requires 'org.tigris.subversion.clientadapter.javahl.win32
[1.6.5]' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:

Hi.
I've tested on Mac and looks everything works fine. It looks like a
Windows dependent problem. I'll try on a Windows machine and test it
again.

Sorry for the trouble.

So far it's only tested on Mac, but the new Developer's document for
Eclipse users has been updated:

http://www.cytoscape.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/Cytoscape_3.0/Eclipse/CoreDevelopment

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Hi.
The new version of Cytoscape IDE confirmed to work on Windows, but
somehow I cannot see the package tree from Eclipse. Please UNCHECK
"Group items by category" and select Cytoscape IDE only to install the
new version.

I am getting the same errors.
Seems like the entire Cytoscape wiki is currently down.

Sorry, but we are still working on this problem and not sure when we
can fix the wiki.
I'll let you know when it's back.
