Hi,

I’m guessing you want to import your Excel file as attribute data for an existing network. In this case, follow these steps, in particular “Basic Operation”:

If instead you have network interactions in your Excel file that you’d like to import as a network, then follow these steps, in particular, “Basic Operation”:

I am having a problem a list of proteins from Excel.  When I select my file nothing happens.  It is listed in the "Input File" line, but Cytoscape will not let me choose any data.  It seems to not recognize the data inside the file.  I have tried saving my file as both .xls and .xlsx without any luck.
