I have the same problem as Kambiz's
could you please help me?
the problem is as below:

I have download and install Cytoscape 2.8.3 (Windows 32Xbit).
Everything seams to work OK. However, when I try to go to:

File -> Import -> Network (Multiple File types) ...   NOTHING HAPPEN

When I go under:

Plugind -> Manage Plugins   NOTHING HAPPEN
