Dear Cytoscape group members,

We are pleased to offer TexFlame, a on-line service, free to
individuals, that renders a single PubMed abstract as a SBGN-like
graph. We also offer users to export TexFlame graphs in XGMML format
which can be viewed in Cytoscape.

Availability: http://www.texflame.com
TexFlame usage Help:http://www.texflame.com/Help.html
Cytoscape (XGMML file export) Help: http://www.texflame.com/CytoHelp.html
Legend: http://www.texflame.com/Legends.html

We welcome feedback (con...@texflame.com/ra...@texflame.com) from the
enlightened Cytoscape user community on the way we have conceptualized
our graphs and also on our product in general.

Hi.
This is interesting.
I've tried the drag & drop the URL of the XGMML, and looks it works
fine (see the attached pic.)

Thanks.

One quick comment.
By default, Cytoscape uses "node size" instead of "node width" and
"height," so the diagram looks better if you unlock it. You can do it
from the default view editor (check box on the bottom-left).

Thanks for pointing to unlock option for node "width" and "height" in
cytoscape. We have incorporated your comment in our Cytoscape Help
page (Section 3B).

Thanks.
