Network visualization in cytoscape

Hi All,

I appreciate if you can tell me how to visualize a network such that nodes with highest degree come to the front of network.
Attached is a supplementary figure from  Molecular Systems Biology 6:417   doi:10.1038/msb.2010.71   at which network is visualized as mentioned above.
I could visualize the nodes such that node size corresponds to node degree but i could not bring nodes with highest degree on the top of other nodes.

I appreciate your time and consideration.

Hi Asmaa,
I had some success using the Edge-Weighted Force-Directed (Biolayout) layout and scaling the network back to a more dense version.
Some nodes still overlap but this is the same in the figure attached.
