Use of Cytoscape Graph

Hi,
I'm new on this forum and for Cytoscape. I'm trying to construct a
graph for visualizing it with Cytoscape but I'm not sure of what
classes to use. Someone as a link to a tutorial ? or can tell me what
class use to construct a graph and display it?
I tried to see the tutorial on the web page at cytoscape.org but I
can't visualize it.

I don't quite understand your question.

 

If you use Cytoscape, you should look at the manual at Cytoscape wbsite.

 

If you develop Cytocape plugin (i.e. do it programatically), you may look at the Cytoscape wiki. The wiki is down currently, there is a link to the wiki at the Cytoscape main page.
