Adding edge to existing graph

Hi, is there a way to add edges to existing graph without messing with
the layout? Right now what I do is to import a sif and then to do a
merge, which set the network by to the default arrangement.

Hi Timothy,
I would suggest using the Cytoscape Editor. Just bring up the
editor tab and then double-click on the network background. That will
bring up a text field that you can use to type in a single SIF statement
(node1 pp node2, or whatever) and it will add that edge. Make sure that
node1 and node2 exist or the editor will happily create them for you.
