I have been poking around trying to find a panel docking framework for
Swing. Did Cytoscape use any of the frameworks to handle panel

Hi Gang,
  We last evaluated docking frameworks in 2003/2004 and none were available
that met our needs, so we needed to write CytoPanels.  Looks like there are
more options now:
