How to Report Cytoscape 3 Beta Bugs

Hi everyone.

For Cytoscape 3, we have built a new bug reporting system to replace
old Mantis bug tracking system. If you notice a bug while using
Cytoscape 3, you can send a report from:

Help --> Report a bug...

When you use this option, it automatically fills some fields (OS, and
version). Once you report a bug, we try to reproduce it and once it
is confirmed, we create a new entry in our bug tracking system.
