Subject: PSICQUIC Universal Client Test Release
Hi.

Here is the alpha version of PSICQUIC Universal client for Cytoscape.

http://code.google.com/p/psicquic/

PSICQUIC is a standardized web service for molecular interaction
databases.  Major interaction data providers are involving this
project and you can search latest datasets from multiple databases by
sending a query.

You need to install development version of Cytoscape to use this plugin.

http://chianti.ucsd.edu/~kono/data/PSICQUICUniversalClient.jar
http://chianti.ucsd.edu/~kono/data/cytoscape-v2.7.0.zip

Currently, it creates multiple networks for a query.  In the
production version, I'll add an option to invoke Advanced Network
Merge plugin to merge returned networks.  I'll deploy this to the
plugin update site when Cytoscape 2.7.0 is ready.  Please let me know
if you have feature requests/comments.

Thanks.
Kei
