Hi,

I'm trying to set up my Eclipse Galileo install using Cytoscape IDE
according to:

http://www.cytoscape.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/Cytoscape_3.0/Eclipse/CoreDevelopment

I completed Step 2 (Checkout and Create Cytoscape 3 Eclipse Project)
and I'm getting errors about missing org.cytoscape artifacts for the
'application' package (see attached screenshot). Also, when I try to
mvn install the core using Eclipse, I'm getting errors about these
same artifacts being missing.

Any thoughts on how can I get these artifacts installed? Thanks,

Jeremy

All of these artifacts should be pulled in with the "mvn install" from our repository (http://cytoscape.wodaklab.org/nexus/index.html).  I know that Kei is actively working on things right now, so there may be a bug somewhere.  In any case, we can iron out these issues tomorrow at the hackathon.

Hi.
I've tried the tutorial again from scratch, and looks everything works
fine (tested on Mac + Snow Leopard).

If problem continues, can you try from cleanly installed Eclipse?

Thanks.
Kei
