Subject: get started in cytoscape 3.0 plugin development
Hi all,

I am planning to do some cytoscape 3.0 plugin development, where
should I get started?

I have gone through the tutorial on wiki and get everything set up and
working but now my question is where is the documents for the API for
all the (core) bundles in cytoscape 3.0.

Also, during the plugin tutorial on the wiki website, it looks like
that I shall be able to select pax goal like stated here " Press
Select... and use the tree browser to expand pax and then choose
create-project as the goal. "  but "create-project" does not show up
in my tree browser. Instead of selecting, I have to type in
"org.ops4j:maven-pax-plugin:1.3:create-project".

Is there anything I am missing?

Thx

Kuan
