Error when loading HelloWorldApp

Hello Cyto Community,

i tried to write my first cyto App exactly like in this tutorial:
http://wiki.cytoscape.org/Cytoscape_3/AppDeveloper/SettingUpAnIDE/Eclipse

Everything works fine, but when i try to load my "HelloWorldApp" in
Ctyoscape 3 i get this Error:

The task could not be completed because an error has occurred.

I generated "Ctyoscape3" from "http://chianti.ucsd.edu/svn/core3/app-
developer/trunk/"

Cant't figure out the problem..(:

Im running eclipse, and i included the "cytoscape-app-api-alpha8-SNAPSHOT.jar" generated from "core3/app-developer-trunk" in my "HelloWorldApp" as Library.
Is this correct?

Or is the problem a missing package "org.cytoscape.app.swing.CySwingAppAdapter" (see error details above) ?

Cytoscape 3 is running fine, cant load the "HelloWorldApp"

Hello,

CySwingAppAdapter is something that got introduced in the past week.  Can you try using running your app in the latest build of Cytoscape 3?  You can find it here:

http://code.cytoscape.org/jenkins/job/Cytoscape%203%20GUI%20Distribution/lastSuccessfulBuild/org.cytoscape.distribution$cytoscape/

Hi! I am learning to use cytoscape. My objective is to use plugin BINGO for functionally annotate the differential regulated gene list. 

I entered the gene list and after all settings, when check the box for saving datafile and start BINGO...

it is showing the file not found exception error. Please see the message attached.

Please help asap.

Hi sakshi Dhingra ,

actually you have to select the nodes from the network . Otherwise its a problem of plugin Directory, remove . .cytoscape Directory after closing cytoscape  from home folder  and then restart cytoscape and install plugins again. then redo the same procedure . hope it will work
