Cytoscape Programmer Contract

I’m looking for a good programmer with UI development skills to
enhance a functional but barebones Cytoscape plug-in. Must be
established independent contractor or dev shop with verifiable
references, US location required.
Demonstrable Cytoscape experience would be great but otherwise a
talented Java programmer with portfolio could be ok. The project has
not been fully scoped out yet but I guess something in the order of a
2 to 6 month, single programmer, effort. The project does not require
any biology knowledge but computer science theory might be helpful.
