Cytoscape_2.8.3 (windows 32Xbit) error

Hi everyone
I am new user of Cytoscape. I have some problem maybe you can help me
out. I have download and install Cytoscape 2.8.3 (Windows 32Xbit).
Everything seams to work OK. However, when I try to go to:

File -> Import -> Network (Multiple File types) ... NOTHING HAPPEN

When I go under:

Plugind -> Manage Plugins NOTHING HAPPEN

When I go under:

File -> Import -> Network From Web Services and DATA source: Pathways
Commons Web Service Clint and I type p53 and Human. I seams to run.
However, after a few second I got following error message:

Error occurred while trying to parse XML results
retrieved from remote web service. JAXB 2.0 API is
being loaded from the bootstrap classloader, but
this RI (from
jar:file:/C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/k.gilany/My%20Documents/KG/
Cytoscape_v2.8.3/cytoscape.jar!/com/sun/xml/bind/v2/model/impl/
ModelBuilder.class)
needs 2.1 API. Use the endorsed directory
mechanism to place jaxb-api.jar in the bootstrap
classloader. (See

Can anybody help me out from this problem?

Hi - I just heard of a similar issue happening with another user and
it was solved by updating Java. Could you please try updating Java
and seeing if the problem still happens?
