We are pleased to announce the new Cytoscape App Store!

Cytoscape apps (formerly called plugins) have been contributed by researchers and developers from institutions around the world. Over 100 Cytoscape apps add new functionality and tailored solutions for a broad range of network-related projects.
The Cytoscape App Store is dedicated to serving our rapidly growing app developer community. We want each app to have its own online presence as a hub of activity. And we want each developer to be able to distribute, promote and support their apps for their target audience.
The Cytoscape App Store makes it easier to find apps, either by categories or keywords. Each app has it’s own page where you can download, rank and write comments. There are also links to external website, tutorials and code repositories. As an app developer, you can edit your app page once you’ve signed in and contacted us.
