The Systems Biology Lab of the Pasteur Institute in Paris is a Cytoscape core development team. We are looking for a software engineer on our NIH-funded core extension project.
Requirements:
- Java experience
- Working knowledge of software development tools
- Fluent English

Prior exposure to Cytoscape programming, machine learning algorithms and tools are pluses. Knowledge of the French language is not required (our group is English-speaking). The initial appointment is for 1 year.
