Subject: Release 2.0 of DomainGraph plugin
DomainGraph decomposes protein interaction networks into their
underlying domain interactions. Gene networks can be loaded to
visualize the encoded proteins and their domain compositions.
Additionally, DomainGraph supports the integration of Affymetrix Exon
Array data. Genes, proteins and domains containing differentially
expressed probesets are highlighted and the genomic structures with
annotated probesets can be displayed.

Major changes since release 1.0 include:
- Affymetrix Mouse and Rat Exon Arrays supported
- Import of AltAnalyze Exon Array data (see http://www.genmapp.org/AltAnalyze/)
- Gene interaction networks supported
- Decomposition of existing networks according to any node attribute
- Annotation of microRNA binding sites
- Updated and fully customizable database

To get further information, please visit the project website:
http://domaingraph.bioinf.mpi-inf.mpg.de/

The plugin is available via the Plugin Manager and requires Cytoscape
2.5 or 2.6.

Best regards,
Dorothea
