Subject: Cytoscape Programming Position

Hi Everyone,

The Ideker lab <http://idekerlab.ucsd.edu/> at UCSD is looking to hire
another Java programmer to help work on a network analysis algorithm
framework for Cytoscape.  This work will be closely tied to the network
based biomarker research going on in our lab.

What we're looking for:  A skilled programmer, preferably Java, who can
work independently and as part of a team to deliver a cleanly designed and
implemented software package.

If you're interested, please apply
HERE<http://jobs.ucsd.edu/bulletin/job.aspx?cat=search&sortby=rank&jobnum_...>.
(DO NOT be afraid of the systems administration requirements listed!
We're happy to consider any competent programmer!)

Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions!

thanks,
Mike
