KEGG Pathway Reader Plugin for Cytoscape Alpha v0.01

Hi everyone.

Here is the first alpha release of KEGG Pathway File (KGML v0.7.1)
Reader Plguin for Cytoscape.

You can download KEGG Pathway data files from their FTP server:

ftp://ftp.genome.jp/pub/kegg/xml/kgml/

To install, just copy the jar file to your "plugin" directory.

Known issues:
- Some non-metabolic pathways are not compatible.
- Support for Global Map is not complete (but will be supported by
the end of summer)

Please send us bug reports, feature requests, or any idea to improve
this plugin.
