CySBGN - Integrating SBGN diagrams in Cytoscape

Hi all,

I’m announcing a new version of CySBGN plug-in (v1.1), it’s not yet available from the plug-ins manager, but it will soon. For now it's possible to download it form the homepage advertised above.

CySBGN extends Cytoscape features to SBGN diagrams by adding support to import, validate and export the layout of SBGN diagrams stored in SBGN-ML format. CySBGN makes use of libSBGN to save, load, query and validate SBGN-ML files and interacts with plug-ins like CySBML.

Any feedback regarding suggestions or problems encountered are highly appreciated.
