Hi everyone,
We are pleased to announce the first version of SLiMScape for Cytoscape 2.8.3. It is not yet available through the download manager but can be downloaded here.
SLiMScape uses Cytoscape as a platform for running Short Linear Motif (SLiM) discovery programs such as SLiMFinder and SLiMSearch and provides domain annotations to aid in the interpretation of SLiM instances.
A Cytoscape 3.0 version is also in development and will be released shortly.
