Cytoscape is participating again in this year's GSoC. Our projects are
listed as part of the NRNB organization (http://nrnb.org). Browse our
project ideas or come up with your own ideas related to open source
development of Cytoscape and Cytoscape Web:
The application period is March 28 - April 8th. Hop on the discussion
mailing list and run your ideas by us before applying to improve your
application.
NOTE: There will be increased traffic on the discussion list over the next
month, including many "newbies." Our goal is to welcome potential new
