Has anyone tried the BCR/ABL or PML/RARA (DF) SureFISH probe from Agilent?

Hi,

 

I would like to know about this new sureFISH probes, TX, kkaher@yahoo

We have used these probes.  While they both worked adequately (even had a PML/RARA+ patient to test them on), signal strength was a little suboptimal.  They do not (in our hands) work well on FFPE tissue.  Please contact me directly if you have additional questions.
