Cython support in IntelliJ IDEA / PyCharm

Hi folks!

I've come up with a simplistic highlighting file for those, that are
using IDEA / PyCharm to develop Python:

If you are also interested in seeing complete Cython support in IDEA,
please register with YouTrack and upvote this feature.

JetBrains guys are very responsive to users feedback. If they will fully
appreciate how numerous are Cython / Pyrex users, they will quickly
implement native support for it.
