Climate Week is next week, 12th-18th March 2012, and Bradford
Environmental Education Service have organised a couple of bike
related things.
On Monday (12th March) they are having a Cycle Cinema at Bradford
University:
Come along and watch short movies and a major climate change focussed
feature film all powered by pedal power!
Taking place in the students union at the university this fun and
interactive event will really show how hard the power stations have to
work to make your film watching experience.
With short films starting at 5pm and the main feature film at around
6pm this event will take place in the lecture theatre (0.51 upstairs).
Free car parking is available from 5.30pm on site – to find us see –

NOTE: The B-Spoke Meeting starts at 6:30 the same day in the centre of
town, so you should be able to do a bit of both!
On Wednesday (14th March) we are hoping to have a cycle to work day,
with a free breakfast in the cafe upstairs at Culture Fusion (125
Thornton Rd, Bradford, BD1 2EP). Join the Aire Valley Bike Bus going
from Keighley to Bradford each Wednesday. A great way for first time
cyclists to commute into work benefiting from safety in numbers and an
opportunity to meet like minded people. Plus, get a tour around the
new Culture Fusion building, then finish with a free breakfast and
amazing views of Bradford from the top floor cafe.
