Uploading power point presentation with media embedded not working

I've uploaded PPP to cyberduck with working media, but once my
students open the power point presentation, the media no longer plays
- also, there is a ? in front of the link to click for the ppp....I
can't find information on what I might be doing wrong. I've been
having to upload the media separately!

I suppose the media is not embedded in the Powerpoint slides.
