temporary file names in v4.3 are super long

the issue is exactly like this ticket here from years ago  http://trac.cyberduck.ch/ticket/1101

when you download files, the temporary file is named as (remote path + filename) with underscores replacing the slashes.

when i open in most editors, all i can see is the beginning of the filename, since its so long. So usually ill just see the root directory's name.
