Formula used to calculate cvangle(angle orientation in radians)

Hi,

Can somebody tell me what is the equation or formula or any reference
paper used to calculate the angle orientation of a blob.I want to
theoretically verify whether the value of the angle returned by the
cvangle in radians is correct or not.So please provide formula/
equation/paper for comparing theoretical angle value and cvangle
returned angle in radians.Thanks.

Hi!

I can't find right now a "formal" reference but take a look at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image_moment where the formula appears in
the section "Central Moments - Examples".
