I just added a page called "Feature Requests" to keep track of the various feature requests recently posted in the group. I was hoping to have a single consolidated page with all the requests which will make it easier for every one to keep track of requests and avoid duplicates.

Maybe you can continue the development of this extension with the team of GMailSkin, to merge you're future releases, in order to add more functionality ?

Clearing of browser cookies effectively clears out Google's search preference setting requiring the user to reset the default setting again. An option that I feel would be worthwhile to implement is one that would allow for a permanent (locked) Google SafeSearch filtering preference. - Jim McNamara

I'll take that as a no go on my suggestion. CookieCuller is actually not what I am looking for. It has but a single (global) option ... to delete unprotected cookies on startup. I would like to be able to set my Google SafeSearch filetering preference and have that preference remain as my preference until I decide to change it again. - Jim McNamara

Further to bobokiki3's suggestion to offer the option "Open search results clicks in a new tab" -- the cookie factor is a good point. But more importantly, to me, is the fact that Google's method of opening search results in a new tab/window is to designate a target of "nw" instead of "_blank". This causes each search result to reuse that one new tab/window. Old Firefox ignored this, but Firefox 2 respects target names, so now I have to manually open each search result in a new link. Yuck!
So, I second the request to have Customize Google offer its own option to open search results in a new tab/window (an actual new one, not a reusable target).

Could you add a "highlight search terms" in the result pages? Like the one there is in the Google Toolbar... I think it's very useful, but it's annoying to install a whole toolbar just for that. If you can add it to Customize Google would be very good tool.
Since many search results are not in english (or the user prefered langage) it would be very useful to add a link that would open the entry with google-tranlate in the user-pre-selected langage. The "translate" link would be place somewere on the line with >>Cached - Similar pages - Note this - Filter - Save - History<< THANKS MUCH!
Currently the google-suggest-word works on the main page. But I use the personalized home page (the one which you get when you are logged in). Is it possible to add google-suggest-word to that page also?
Like Jimmy said it would be gret if coustomise google can control the preferences for safesearch. So it can alwya s be on (or off) even if cookies are cleared.
Here's a feature request I'd find really useful as its something thats been bugging me for a while.
When you search for a video on Google video the search results include Google video AND YouTube search results (same if you search on YouTube you get results from both). I would love to see CG have an option to filter video results showing ONLY Google vid results as I often want to see ONLY Google vids as the picture size is bigger and the site generally faster.
Set the font to sans-serif instead of the default arial would be nice, or any other way to set another font (I can set the default sans-serif font in firefox, so setting sans-serif in some css would be enough I guess.
I also found some "flat" stylish theme script or thing for google, it removes the logo in search results
Me too. If anyone knows about a Greasemonkey script that does this then I'll try to add it to CustomizeGoogle. If not, you could ask in the Greasemonkey mailing list.
