I just installed the Cusp pluggin, AND I CAN'T GET THE REPL TO DO
ANYTHING. I followed the tutorial up to the point where you type the
"Hello, World!" function. When I typed (f) into the REPL and hit
send, it spat out: "COMMON-LISP-USER> (f)". I then noticed that the
package listed was different from the one as seen in the tutorial
image. I clicked on the change package button, but the list was
empty. There were no packages to choose from. I tried the alternate
method using (in-package 'new-lisp1) in the REPL, but that didn't do
jack-diddly-squat either.

So basically the REPL is totally and completely unresponsive to
anything I do. How do I fix it? I have a Com-Sci assignment due
Monday, and it would really be nice if I could get a chance to test
and debug it before then... Then again, maybe my code's already
perfect...

It looks like lisp might have crashed and repl lost
connection to it. Try clicking Reconnect button on repl view.
However if lisp has crashed that might not be complete solution that
you are looking for.

Can you tell us more about your setup? What OS, Cusp, sbcl,
how did you install cusp? Also it would be helpful if you could
start eclipse from command prompt and send us log that is printed
there - this way we might be able to pinpoint the problem.
